We've had such an amazing week for portrait sessions! The weather has been perfect for fall photos and we've been trying to take advantage of it. :)

I love seniors! I'm so amazed at all the things they do and how passionate they are about them! Take Josh, for example :: Josh's got some serious talent on the drums, plus he likes to hunt, he's got a rad car, and he's on the drum line at school. We had so much fun working with Josh and his mom Brenda during his senior shoot. We set up Josh's drum set in Lincoln Park (with the help of Josh's dad) and he played a mini-concert for us and the kids playing Frisbee golf :) It was amazing!

I'm downloading cards from Liz and JJ's wedding in Minneapolis last weekend and saw this image that caught my eye. We had so much fun with Liz and JJ! We spent a record amount of time with them :: 15 hours! But it was an amazing day.

Yay for Danielle and Michael! There were married at a small, cute church in Comstock, Minn., and had their reception at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead. We had a gorgeous fall day for the photo-takin :)
We know Michael because he is sorta related to Marisa, whose wedding to David we photographed last fall (and now Marisa has a fun blog! Click HERE to check it out!). All the details of Danielle and Michael's big day were amazing, just like Marisa's wedding.
The highlight of the day for me was the singing of "Take me out to the ballgame" during the ceremony! Michael's a huge baseball fan, and works for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, so it was a fitting song :) The whole congregation stood up and sang. It was awesome!

After we shot a newborn session with the Auchs, we went back to their house a couple weeks later to get some family photos. It sorta turned into the Ashtyn session, if only because she is just too cute and Kory and I couldn't stop taking photos of her. :)
