Oh baby!

I'm interrupting our regularly scheduled blog post for a very exciting important announcement :: There is a new baby Schill! Yayhooray!

Meet little Michael Joseph ::

Although he popped out a little early (Wednesday morning around 1:30am), he's absolutely perfect and just too stinkin' cute. Today I was at the hospital when Megan and Claire (Michael's two big sisters!) came to see Michael for the first time. Here they are, checking out their new baby brother ::

Karyn and Brian

Meet Karyn and Brian, who are getting married this March! They had us laughing during their entire engagement session. Brian and Kory only spoke in movie quotes and Karen and I chatted about the greatness of football (*right*). We met at the Como Park Observatory in St. Paul for their session. The Observatory seemed like a great place to take photos (Great light! Plants! Cool glass stuff!) but it was packed full of people, we were constantly harassed by the guards around the observatory for things like using a prop (Kory was holding a reflector -- not a prop!) and stepping "off the path," and as "professional photographers," we were only allowed 20 minutes to take photos. Despite the craziness, Karyn and Brian were totally cool and we got some great photos!

Talan and Eddie

Meet the adorable Talan and his charming brother Eddie. Talan turned two a couple weeks back, so we meet up with him at his house for some fun photos! We had a great afternoon fun of cupcakes, a rock session, some bed jumping and a trip to the store!

Katie and Travis

Over Christmas we were in Carrington, North Dakota for Katie and Travis' beautiful wedding. The night before the wedding, the Carrington area had a snowstorm. On the big day we had a perfectly snowy (if a little cold!) day for a winter wedding. Katie and Travis' family and friends were so welcoming and kind to us. It was a great day!

Katie looked amazing on her wedding day. Both Kory and I met up with Katie and the girls at the salon in the morning. Katie's sister did her hair and makeup and it was stunning.

Before she walked down the aisle, Katie accidentally forgot to grab her bouquet. The crowd passed it up to her mom, and her mom gave it to Katie. It was a sweet moment :)
