Kristin and Mike

Whew! I'm a little behind on blogging. We've had a crazy month, full of fun seniors, weddings and portraits. Sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day to get to it all!

Two weeks ago we photographed Kristin and Mike's wedding in Hillsboro/Fargo. It was an awesome day, and Kory and I had a lot of fun with the families and wedding party. I was on the tail-end of a cold and had an death-rattle cough all day (who wants a shot of cough syrup in the car? I do! I do!) which was fun :)

Kristin and Mike are such an easy-going couple ... even when they couldn't get the unity candle lit during the ceremony and had to bring in the pliers to cut the wax around the wick, they just laughed. That'll be a good story for the grand kids someday.

Thanks for inviting us to share your day, Kristin and Mike!

Ha ... well, I guess Mike is a bit shorter than his friends. Because it was "his day," they all stepped down and let him be the tall guy.
The first look:
Trying to light the candle ... with pliers.
